The project was recorded at Culver City's vintage Sunburst Recording, by Grammy Award winner (and five-time Grammy finalist) Bob Wayne, who is both the owner and engineer. Many major acts have recorded at Sunburst: notably, Adam Sandler, Firesign Theater and George Carlin, amongst others.

Recently Sunburst recorded and mixed Doug Macleod's album DUBB which
was named the International Blues and Roots Album of the Year for 2004 by Concerto Magazine, in Austria.
